The 90-Day Framework

Launching a business's digital presence can feel overwhelming. Where do you start? What do you prioritise? How do you get results quickly without wasting money?

This 90-day plan is the exact framework we use with new clients at Prime Presence. It is designed to get you from zero to a fully functioning digital presence that generates consistent leads — in 90 days.

Days 1–30: Foundation

The first 30 days are about building the foundation. Nothing else matters until this is done correctly.

Week 1: Strategy and Brand

Before you build anything, get clear on three things:

  • Who is your ideal client? (Be specific — industry, size, location, problem)
  • What is your unique value proposition? (Why should they choose you over everyone else?)
  • What action do you want visitors to take? (Book a call, request a quote, visit your location)
  • If you do not have a clear brand identity — logo, colours, fonts — get this done first. Everything else builds on it.

    Week 2: Website

Your website is the hub of your entire digital presence. Every other channel — social media, Google, email — should drive traffic back to it.

At minimum, your launch website needs:

  • Homepage with a clear headline, value proposition, and call to action
  • Services page detailing what you offer and who it is for
  • About page that builds trust and tells your story
  • Contact page with a form, phone number, and WhatsApp link
  • Do not wait for a perfect website. A good website live is worth infinitely more than a perfect website still being built.

Week 3: Google Business Profile and Local SEO

Set up and fully complete your Google Business Profile. This is free and can start generating local visibility within days.

Simultaneously, make sure your website is optimised for your primary keywords. At minimum: your homepage title, meta description, and headings should include your service and location.

    Week 4: Social Media Setup

Choose two platforms maximum. For most Kenyan businesses, this means Instagram and LinkedIn (for B2B) or Instagram and Facebook (for B2C).

    Set up your profiles completely:

  • Professional profile photo and cover image
  • Clear bio that explains what you do and who you serve
  • Link to your website
  • Contact information
  • Do not try to be everywhere. Be excellent on two platforms.

    Days 31–60: Momentum

The foundation is built. Now you start generating momentum.

    Content Creation

Commit to posting three times per week on each platform. Your content should be a mix of:

  • **Educational content** (40%) — Tips, insights, and expertise that demonstrate your knowledge
  • **Social proof** (30%) — Client results, testimonials, and case studies
  • **Behind the scenes** (20%) — Your process, your team, your story
  • **Direct offers** (10%) — Clear invitations to work with you
  • Consistency matters more than perfection. Post regularly even when you do not feel inspired.

    Email List Building

Start building an email list from day one. Offer something valuable in exchange for an email address — a free guide, a checklist, a mini-course, or a free consultation.

Email is the most reliable way to stay in touch with potential clients. Social media algorithms change. Email is yours.

    Outreach

Do not wait for clients to find you. Go to them.

  • Identify 50 ideal potential clients on LinkedIn
  • Connect with a personalised message (not a sales pitch — a genuine connection)
  • Engage with their content
  • After building rapport, offer value before asking for anything
  • This is slow but it works. Premium clients come from relationships, not cold pitches.

    Days 61–90: Acceleration

By day 60, you should have a functioning website, active social media presence, and the beginnings of an email list. Now you accelerate.

    Paid Advertising

With a proven message and a converting website, you can now amplify with paid advertising. Start small — KSh 5,000 to KSh 10,000 per month on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads targeting your ideal client profile.

Test two or three different ad creatives and messages. Double down on what works. Cut what does not.

    SEO Content

Start publishing one blog post per week. Each post should target a specific keyword your ideal clients are searching for. This is a long-term investment — you will not see results immediately — but by month 6, it will be generating consistent organic traffic.

    Referral Programme

By day 60, you should have your first clients. Ask them directly for referrals. Make it easy — give them a simple message they can forward to their network.

A formal referral programme with a clear incentive (a discount on their next project, a cash reward, a gift) can dramatically accelerate your growth.

    Measuring Success

At the end of 90 days, measure:

  • Website visitors per month
  • Enquiries per month
  • Conversion rate (enquiries ÷ visitors)
  • Social media followers and engagement rate
  • Email list size
  • These numbers tell you what is working and what needs attention. Review them monthly and adjust your strategy accordingly.

    The Most Important Thing

The businesses that succeed online are not the ones with the biggest budgets or the most sophisticated strategies. They are the ones that show up consistently, deliver genuine value, and make it easy for clients to say yes.

90 days is enough time to build a digital presence that generates real results — if you commit to the work.

    Start today. Not tomorrow. Today.
